I believe that the customer is all important and as such we should provide a level of service that is based on a strong desire to anticipate my customers needs and prepare each purchase to the individual’s requirements.

Fish is bought daily  from Billingsate fish market in Londons east end by myself to ensure quality. The  mouth watering selection of seafood is presented immaculately on a bed of freshly crushed ice. All the fish is prepared, free of charge, to each customer's requirements, with filleting  top of the list.

At "The chubby monger" we take environmental issues very seriously and are continually striving to reduce the negative impact on our beautiful world wherever possible.
